Queens' Library tours

Are you a new undergraduate or postgraduate student? Or do you just need a refresher of how the Library works after the disruption of Covid? Either way, these tours are for you.

Join us for a short in-person tour of the War Memorial Library, also known as the WML or student Library. We'll show you round the building so you feel confident enough to use the Library straight away for your studies.

The War Memorial Library is located in Old Court - when you arrive, please wait outside the main entrance for a member of staff to collect you and start the tour. Please remember to bring a face covering with you, as this is required to enter the Library (unless you are exempt).

Please note, if you are an undergraduate fresher, these tours are not a replacement for attending your online induction, which is compulsory. You should have already received details of your online induction slot - if not, please contact library@queens.cam.ac.uk.

If the tours are full, we have enabled a waiting list, so if there is enough desire we will arrange further tour dates and times. If you cannot attend any of the current tour times, or feel that you need a more tailored tour (i.e. if you identify as disabled), please contact library@queens.cam.ac.uk and we will see about scheduling a 1-2-1 tour.
